​I can't say enough about my experience at Guardian Intensive Outpatient Program - New Brunswick. From day one, the support, compassion, and guidance I received were truly life-changing. I want to give a huge shoutout to my therapist, Angelique—her dedication, insight, and encouragement made all the difference in my journey.

A special thank you as well to James, Courtney, Amanda, Adrienne, Gabby, Leanne, and Ignacio—every counselor and staff member here genuinely cares about the well-being of their clients, and it shows in everything they do. The program is structured to provide accountability and a sense of community, which I needed.

If you're looking for a place where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered, Guardian IOP is the place to be. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking real and lasting change.

Staff are very attentive to your needs and they make you feel really comfortable within the facility.. the have wonderful groups and a great chef!

The environment is welcoming, and you can tell that everyone genuinely cares about your progress. If you or a loved one is looking for a high-quality IOP that provides real tools for long-term recovery, I highly recommend this program.

Princeton exceeded my expectations and then some. The nurses, doctors, and staff were super compassionate and treated me like an individual and not a number. I wish I could go back and thank them personally. Food is great, and facility is basically brand new.

FEB25 UPDATE: Still clean, serene, and thankful for my experience at PDR

Guardian Recovery was an absolute life line for me. I came in completely terrified and scared, immediately was welcomed and taken care of by nurses and Techs. Not ever having been in detox they made it a place where I felt safe and guided me through being able to safely clear my fog of alcohol. I receive therapy and groups through the Clinical staff Jackie, Mrs. T and Tina also Kash with all of her amazing, true kind guidance. The Techs who are there for everything 24/7 Mocha,Angelo,Joe,Keisha,Jazmine, Fatima all of them. They were all there for every and anything. So hard working caring and went above and beyond not just for me but everyone. I went from being terrified to cared for and Heard the director of operations Billy even sat with the whole group to hear how we were feeling and what if he could, do anything to help make things better or changes we might think would be better. Even Bj and Coop who are there to serve our meals and house keeping were so considerate and available even just to listen. I was able to connect to others in this environment which was very helpful during this process.Icould not be more grateful to every single person staff and clients all. Thank you so much for being my saving Grace in such a dark time, I was able to really get all that I needed and more to walk out with resources and peace I needed. Forever grateful!!!!

Did the Detox and Residential program here and it was one of the best decisions I have made for my life. The staff is outstanding and made it feel like a home away from home from the techs to the therapists and the nursing staff 🙌. Rooms are clean, food is amazing and plenty of snacks. It really felt like I developed lasting friendships here and I'm grateful. If you are thinking about recovery DO IT!
