I have some exciting news to share with you all. Over the next week, Immersion
Residential and Immersion Recovery Center will be transitioned to Guardian Recovery –
Immersion Residential and Guardian Recovery – Immersion Outpatient!
This change is part of a broader brand refresh across all Guardian Recovery facilities, a
process shaped by extensive consultations with staff, clients, their families, and our
referrers. Our goal was to enhance the clarity of our client experience, reinforce our
staff’s sense of belonging to a unified Guardian Recovery family.
Referring to the two locations as “Immersion Residential” and “Immersion Outpatient”
helps families and clients better understand the transition between facilities, more
clearly reflects the specific services offered at each location and maintains a strong
connection to Guardian Recovery.
To our dedicated staff, this rebranding reaffirms your role in Team Guardian Recovery.
You are integral to a national network spanning 800+ employees, 20 locations, and 7
states, united by a single vision.
Our growth is a testament to the collective effort and dedication each of you has
contributed to our mission. Whether you are directly involved in client care, support
services, administrative roles, or any other part of our organization, your role has been
instrumental in shaping Guardian Recovery’s trajectory.
Here’s What’s New:
New Name: Immersion Residential will now be known as “Guardian Recovery –
Immersion Residential”. Immersion Recovery Center will now be known as “Guardian
Recovery – Immersion Outpatient”. Together these make the Guardian Recovery
Immersion Program.
New Logo: We are excited to unveil our new logo, a beacon of our unwavering
commitment to supporting individuals battling diverse behavioral health challenges. At
its heart, the logo features a radiant sunrise, emblematic of rebirth, renewal, and the
transformative journey of recovery. The converging paths toward the sunrise reflect the
unique and varied routes to healing, acknowledging the distinct nature of the disorders we address. This emblem stands as a testament to hope and the vibrant, dynamic
essence of the recovery process.
Unified Branding Across Locations: Going forward, our individual locations will adopt
the “Guardian Recovery” name. Guardian Recovery has built an impeccable reputation
for client-centric care, dedication to the family system, and professional excellence. Our
programs embody these values, and it is fitting for them to bear the Guardian Recovery
name.

What changes are being made?
We are unifying all Guardian Recovery facilities with a common logo, website, name and branding. Your day-to-day activities and facility structure will not change.
What is our new facility name? Where do I tell people I work?
In some cases, facility names will change to a simpler structure to help clients find us more easily. For example, CuraSouth will become Guardian Recovery – Tampa Addiction Center. You will work at the facility and for Guardian Recovery. For example, “I work for Guardian Recovery at the Tampa Addiction Center facility.”
How will I benefit?
The clients you work with will have a simpler time understanding all of Guardian’s offerings. You can identify as an employee of a premier national behavioral health provider.
Will we have the same capabilities, functionalities, and experiences that we currently have?
Yes! Nothing is changing with your daily experience.
Will any of my logins change?
No, although some email group addresses might change.
Will my pay or benefits change?
No, you will not see any changes to your benefits or pay.
Will my job responsibilities change?
No, your job responsibilities will not change.
How should I talk about this change when asked by clients, alumni, and their families?
Specific messaging is provided for clients, alumni, and families. It is important to let them know that nothing is changing about their care or our programs. We are simply changing our brand to better reflect our organization.
Will I still be working with the same people?
Yes! There will be no staffing changes.
Where do I go with questions about these plans?
Please reach out directly to your executive director with any questions or concerns.
How will clients benefit?
Clients can rest assured they will receive the utmost quality care as branding changes are due to the growth and expansion of Guardian Recovery across many locations and health services because of our reputation and treatment standards.
