Medical Detox

At Pine Tree Recovery Center, we offer a comprehensive medical detoxification program designed to help individuals begin their journey of recovery. Our detox program emphasizes client safety and comfort while the body cleanses itself of addictive substances.

We offer medical detox for a host of substances such as alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, other prescription drugs, and more. Additionally, we offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for various substances along with additional supportive measures as needed.

Our detox center offers a high staff-to-client ratio, ensuring 24/7 clinical and medical supervision. Additionally, clients undergo psychiatric assessments and physical evaluations to ensure all needs are met. Equipped with a full-service kitchen and a personal chef, as well as optional private rooms, Pine Tree Recovery Center is a comfortable homelike retreat that’s conducive to healing.

Residential Treatment

At Pine Tree Recovery Center, our residential/inpatient treatment program offers a serene and secure environment where clients can continue their journey to recovery. Our inpatient facility was designed to provide a sense of safety and seclusion, which is ideal for healing and self-discovery. Our residential care is built around a holistic approach that treats the whole person, not just the symptoms of addiction or mental health issues. Clients can expect a comprehensive, tailored experience that addresses their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Therapy 

We offer evidence-based therapy sessions, including individual counseling, group therapy, and family therapy, to foster personal growth, peer support, and familial healing. In addition, we incorporate alternative therapeutic modalities such as art therapy, meditation, and yoga to promote overall well-being.

Physical Care

Nutrition and physical health are also integral parts of our residential care. Clients receive nutritious, chef-prepared meals designed to restore physical health and support recovery. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our PHP offes a structured, intensive treatment option designed for individuals seeking comprehensive support in their recovery journey while maintaining some level of autonomy and connection to their daily lives. This level of intensity and support  bridges the gap between residential treatment and outpatient services. 

The PHP is tailored for individuals who have completed detoxification and possibly residential treatment but still require a structured therapeutic environment to continue their recovery. The program operates five days a week, with participants engaging in full days of treatment activities and therapy while residing at home or in a supportive sober living environment.

Therapeutic Modalities and Treatment Focus

Individual Therapy: Each participant is assigned a primary therapist with whom they meet regularly for personalized therapy sessions. These sessions delve into the underlying causes of addiction, behavioral patterns, and coping strategies for dealing with triggers and stress.

Group Therapy: A cornerstone of the PHP, group therapy sessions facilitate peer support, shared experiences, and the development of interpersonal skills. Topics include relapse prevention, emotional regulation, life skills, and the principles of the 12 Steps.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The recovery journey requires comprehensive support and flexibility. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to provide individuals with the structure and therapy they need while allowing them to maintain their daily responsibilities such as work, school, and family life. 

Flexible Treatment That Fits Your Life

Our IOP offers a flexible form of addiction treatment, enabling individuals to live at home or in sober living environments while participating in our program. This approach allows you to engage in your day-to-day life without putting your recovery on hold.

Comprehensive Schedule

Clients attend treatment four days a week (Monday-Thursday), for four hours each day. We offer three different tracks to accommodate your schedule: a morning track (9 a.m.-12 p.m.), an afternoon track (1 p.m.-4 p.m.), and an evening track (6 p.m.-9 p.m.). This structure is designed to make our program accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of their daily commitments.

Three Main Treatment Modules

Relapse Prevention Training

Sober Living  Placement

For clients who need a stable and supportive living environment, we assist in finding reputable sober living homes in the area. Individual therapy is a core component of our program, with sessions conducted at least weekly. Dual Diagnosis Treatment and Psychiatric Care

Virtual IOP for Adults

Pine Tree Recovery Center offers an adult virtual IOP to offer the utmost in flexibility and accessibility. The comprehensive nature of the virtual programming matches that of traditional, in-person treatment. It includes medication management, psychiatric visits, drug testing, and more.

The treatment program uses AI technology alongside real, licensed clinical staff.  Virtual treatment lasts between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on the needs of the individual. Additionally, Guardian Virtual encompasses a weekly family support group and a step-down outpatient program for ongoing individual and group sessions.

Our Guardian Virtual program is specifically designed to cater to the needs of adolescents. Through the Sober Peer mobile app, an AI-powered health application, we provide accessible and continuous care. This innovative approach is vital in preventing disengagement from treatment and reducing relapse risks.

Meeting weekly on Tuesday nights from 5:30 to 6:30, this virtual group is facilitated by our dedicated adolescent team, including our program’s executive director. Aftercare Planning

No addiction recovery program is complete without extensive aftercare planning. The transition back to fully independent living can be challenging, and it is absolutely crucial that a solid plan is in place before inpatient and/or outpatient treatment comes to an end. We make sure that every client is prepared with a clear-cut set of instructions and a lengthy list of recovery resources before they graduate from our program.

We begin instilling many skills that prepare our clients for success in long-term recovery while they are still in treatment. In group and individual therapy sessions we work to instill life skills, healthy coping mechanisms, and relapse prevention skills, and to relay a thorough introduction to the 12-Step model of addiction recovery.
