Top notch staff and facilities. Every negative review seems to be from people who didnt pay attention during intake... they explain everything you should expect thru the whole program from start to end...

and i saw someone saw they were left in a catatonic state over night or what ever bullstih they claimed in that other review....and staff didnt find her til the next morning supposedly... as far patient monitoring goes... let me make this real real clear for anyone wondering.....

THESE PEOPLE CHECK VITALS EVERY 4 HOURS. THEY WAKE UP EVERYONE THRU OUT THE NIGHT EVERY NIGHT TO MAKE SURE EVERY ONE HAS A PULSE AND IS STILL BREATHING. As annoying as that may seem at the time of detoxing, its very neccesary, and trust me, they do a great job at it.. so anything u hear about patient/client neglect by staff is just not a real thing... they will hunt you down in that facility to check that pulse on time everytime like clock work 🤣🤣 trust me.... good folks up there frfr.

I went here back in January for detox, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, they make you very comfortable and do whatever they can to assist you on your journey to recovery. It was just the beginning of my recovery process and I am so thankful I went here, I am now rolling up on almost 4 months sober and it all started at Guardian. I hope to never be in that situation again, but if I do, this is where I will go. They work with you and offer groups throughout the day where you can really do some good healing and work, the provide all your meals and even help you get into follow up care if you decide not to stay there for the inpatient program, this place changed my life, they really understand that we are human and deserve a second chance. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Staff and atmosphere is the best and caring. They will do everything to work with you and give you help/assistance if you need referrals to other services. I really recommend this place for mental health and substance use IOP.

My recent experience at Pine Tree was phenomenal. Pine Tree relieved my immediate suffering with such unbelievable kindness, professionalism and medical stabilizations protocol. The staff delivered care without judgment. The facility is clean and very comfortable. The programs, information and discharge planning are thoughtful and appropriate. The food is…I have no words! It is made with so much love you can feel it with every bite! Michelin level nutritional restoration! I am forever grateful for their care.
